Not once, but twice now, when I've needed help, not only was Pete reachable, but he was here in less than 20 minutes. Speed of response is huge with me, but even more important is someone who knows their stuff, and that I trust. Pete is all these things, and more.

I have been using ABCD's service since 2005. Pete is dependable and reliable along with feeling very comfortable having him in my home. He is very professional, groomed well, and has always had items I needed right with him. I feel his prices are reasonable, especially since my time is also valuable and I do not have to disassemble my computer and take it in somewhere to get worked on.
