Even though it is freezing outside, Dana did a bi-yearly maintaince check on our system. He did find a problem with a part that was getting weak. We had him replace the part, and are hoping our heating and cooling system will live for may more seasons!! Thanks for the hard work, Dana!!!

Sterling service as usual. Dana K was on time and courteous. He worked through both of our units within an hour. No complaints here. Thanks to Dana and RBI.
JIm Wood is courteous, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable.. I always feel very comfortable that he is being honest with us about our units' needs.

We returned late from a long vacation to find our heater wasn't working on a night predicted to be in the low 20s. Our usual service provider promised service that evening but after waiting 2 hours after we'd been promised a call from a technician, and no good answers when we called back again we decided to try Roscoe Brown. It was late but their on-call technician called back within an hour. After describing the problem he was able to talk is through a temporary fix so we could have heat through the night and avoid the emergency service charges. He had also put us on the service list for the next day so Craig arrived at 10:30 to fix the problem this morning. He was quick to diagnose the problem and had the part with him so had our heater going again quickly. We really appreciate your fast response and wonderful service. You'll be our first call from now on!

Dana was on time and very courteous. He was very professional. This is why I will continue to use Roscoe Brown company. The people who work there have never made me feel like I couldn't trust them.

David Kiger---David was very professional and answered my many questions in great detail. He arrived at the appointed time and finished all work in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I find Roscoe Brown to be a trustworthy company and will continue to do business with them.

I have used Roscoe Brown for my heat/air maintenace for several years, so when I decided to add the plumbing maintence I naturally selected them. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they come out regularly and check to make sure everything is functioning as it should. Great company!

Tech was knowledgable, professional and yet friendly. Advised exactly what issues exist, possible issues in the future and corrective measures taken and or possible. I have used Roscoe Brown for as long as I have need AC / Heating service.

Jim tested and confirmed the problem. Bad Fan motor. Was here on Friday and returned with the special order fan motor and installed it first thing Monday morning.

Terry Arthur serviced our HVAC units for the fall maintenance and also did some needed repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Terry did a great job and carefully explained the work to be done. I very much appreciated the use of shoe covers each time coming from outdoors. Thanks!
