Since I have been coming to Dr.Davis she has been so professional. I have thoroughly enjoyed my process and the transformation of my teeth. They have always made me feel welcomed and loved every time I have stepped into the office. I know without a shadow of a doubt I picked the best orthodontist!

Ophelia is such a joy and the ultimate professional. She welcomes you with a smile, works with your schedule, and even gives hugs which my daughter especially loves. I've always been a customer service extremist. Even with my own business customer service, professionalism and promptness are the pillars of a Perfectly Balanced business. Davis Family Othodontics is just that, "Perfectly Balanceed". Dr. Davis has put together an all-star cast that are amazingly awesome. This is the only medical related appointment I will arrive early for. I actually watch the staff and incorporate some of their customer service practices with my own employee's.
