Dr. Don is my specific eye Dr. He is top notch, knowledgable, personalable, efficient and eager to meet all of your eye care needs. The staff are kind and efficient as well. The front office and back office (billing) is top notch and accurate. If there has ever been an insurance question. They handle it for me on the spot. This is an A+ rating.

Excellent service! I'm a longtime patient of Dr. Don and have always been impressed by the professionalism, friendly staff, and medical knowledge. I have an eye condition that many other doctors would have given up on, but they worked as a team until they found the best solution for me. As long as I'm in the area, I'll never go to a different eye doctor!

Very nice eye clinic. The receptionist and other employees there are very nice and helpful, and the set up of the place is clean, friendly, and beautiful. Dr Don to the rescue! I have been coming to Dr Don for years for low-cost frames that my son is going to break anyway. Twice now, when he broken his glasses, I was able to come right in and see the doctor and get replacements right away. On Tuesday I broke my glasses while I was out. Since I was close I asked at their receptionist if they could help me. Even though it was after 5pm, He gave me an appointment that night, picked my frames, and had them immediately. They really are amazing!

Dr. Nguyen is a great eye doctor. I have been seeing him for many years. He is always careful to make sure I have the right prescription and sent me for extra exams to a specialist one time because he saw something that didn't seem right. He has kept an eye (lol) on that situation every since too. He has a great sense of humour and is very friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My parents and even my grandfather see him too...

I owe my vision to Dr. Don and Eyemart Express ! Rarely can a person make as bold a statement as this, but rarely does an organization go through the lengths that theres has gone to preserve my eyesight. Nearly, 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with a fairly aggressive case of Keretoconus. After years of being bounced from doctor to doctor and wearing everything from eye glasses that were so unnecessarily powerful that the makers of the Hubble Telescope were envious, to incredibly poor fitting Rigid Glass Permeable (RGP) lenses that left me in agonizing pain at the end of most days; I was finally referred to Dr. Don. He made me laugh and have the right knowledge and experience to help resolve serious cases like mine, but they have the perfect demeanor and approach to help someone get through what can be a very emotional undertaking.

After having a horrible experience with another eye dr. for an eye infection this place was great! Everyone was professional and the Dr. took his time and asked me a ton of questions to make sure he understood the problem exactly so he could prescribe the right medicine. Equally happy with the follow up visits and all the staff. Great place - I think I have found my new eye practice.

They are the first to make an honest attempt at getting me a proper correction on my glasses/contacts. They are wonderful and provide great service... They are also the first to actually fit me with contact in the past 5 years, all others had said they could not do it. I definitely recommend them!

Who said that people couldnt have their own Doctor Dolittle! Dr. Don is odd and quirky, doctor but his sense of humor made my visit endearing and enjoyable. Whatever he did with his many toys, I can see why people come to him. Maybe he didnt talk to the animals but he sure did brighten up my day. I havent smiled like that in a long time. Not only a good humor fellow but he was gentle, explained everything he was go to do and he didnt have cold clammy hands. I he is the kind of doctor you know went in the right field. This is his calling. Working with people, and helping them with their problems. I have had several eye concerns of late and he has resolved them with ease with updated information and equipment.

Dr. Don Nguyen was open on Memorial Day weekend! We were passing through on our way to the beach when my 8 year old daughter scratched her eye with a hairbrush. We didn't know where to go or who to call since all the doctor's offices were closed. Luckily, we found Eye Mart at the last minute. Dr. Nguyen was actually on his way out when we came in. Good thing we did because he found 5 abrasions to her left cornea. He treated it with an antibiotic and even allowed us to keep the bottle. He bandaged her eye with a contact lens and told her to stay out of the water. Had we toughed it out, who knows what could have happened. Thanks Dr. Don for staying late on a Saturday afternoon!

I am very particular about my eyeglasses, and, thankfully, the owner of Dr. Don is just as meticulous! The selection is first-rate, and the customer service is outstanding. I bought a pair of glasses in December and I have already gone back for a second pair. Recommended without reservation.

I have gone this Eyemart year after year. I have also gone to other popular competitors as well. In fact this year I went to the most popular first and was not impressed. At about 2:30 pm, there was only one employee there and that person was with a couple and couldnt help me. During each visit, year after year, the techs were extremely slow and some of them were seemingly "just goofing off." My rep was very cordial & knowledgeable. She spent just as much time with me as she had with others. I received a text alert indicating that my glasses were ready, It took a long time to pick up my glasses as well. On one occasions, I just picked up my glasses without trying them on. Aside from the time spent, I have never had problems with the glasses or frames. I am not into name brand glasses. I love the choices of frame and the prices, especially since I wear bi-focals and I have an astigmatism.
