My child's glasses were broken at school and we needed a pair "in an hour" so I decided to try Lenscrafters. We found glasses (much higher priced than I was accustomed to paying) and I bought the replacement plan which was supposed to replace broken glasses for free. Within no time these new glasses also broke. However, for some reason that I never fully understood, I had to pay around $30 for the new glasses because they didn't have his frame instock. They also could not have them ready "in an hour." It took about 2 and a half hours to get the glasses and since we were from out of town (about 1/2 hour away) we just had to wait in the mall. Had I known that ahead of time I would have brought my child's homework with us since it was a school night. They also would not help me with the insurance paperwork. I didn't ask them to fill out the paperwork, just to give me a code that I needed for the insurance. They would not help me at all.

I just gave up trying to get a pair of glasses from them. After many attempts and 6 weeks, I was told they had no idea when I might get my glasses. I have used them for years and I am deeply disappointed.
