I never stay at less than 4 star hotels but this was an exception. Our car broke down and this was the closest hotel to the repair shop. It was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet and the grounds were well taken care of. The breakfast was as good as any other I have had in Moab.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, especially Leslie. We had our dog with us and they take pets. Since we were stranded, we asked for extra services and got them. We checked in very early for what we hoped was a one night stay. It wasn't and they let us stay an extra night with no problem. When our one night key didn't work the second day, the manager literally ran down the hall to replace it.
This will be our regular stop in Moab from now on.
Excellent location and accommodations for the price including breakfast which was greatly appreciated. Staff helped with suggestions of places to eat in the local area.
Good room with a nice layout, good amenities, and a comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi internet speed. Good breakfast items, but small eating area. Located right in Moab on the main highway, but fairly quiet at nighttime. Good restaurants and bars close by.
Good location, just south of the town. Rooms were clean, smelled good, no hint of smoke. Showers had great pressure. Breakfast was served with eggs, sausage, waffle maker and the usual muffins, English muffins, bagels, cold cereal. Parking not over crowded. Check out was easy. Down side was the barking dog at varying times. Overall great stay.

This is by far my preferred home away from home when I'm in Moab.
I was on vacation. The last thing I want is a problem with a hotel. There were no problems. Clean room. Comfortable bed, and nice variety for breakfast. No problems- just the way I like it, so I can have a nice vacation.
Very comfortable beds and pillows - and quiet even though it is right on Main Street. Would definitely stay again.
