This company lost (or stole) several several hundred dollars worth of property and then refused to compensate me for it. They first claimed I needed to prove ownership, then when I provided them the opportunity to verify ownership of the property, they refused to do so and hung up on me. They claim to have insurance, but after this episode, I sincerely doubt it. Avoid them at all costs.
