Laura is a great doctor with a great personality.. I'm always nervous at my appointment (especially knowing that shes gonna cut on me) but she eases my mind and takes my mind off of what shes doing and in no time,shes done!! Great service!!!

I had a spot I thought was possible cancer and they worked me in same week. Very friendly office and provider I saw was great.

No messing about. Cuts to the chase....literally. And I quote "if in doubt....cut it out!!!"

Rarely get appointment with the doctor, always the nurse practitioner They make you come back in too often for med refills. At 50 dollars per visit to recheck for acne medicine that really adds up! New dermatologist gave me 6 month refills on the same medication, no problem.

Completely not kid friendly. First appointment told me I needed a biopsy and scheduled for me to come back and get it. I had my 3 kids with me on the first appointment but when I came back on the second appointment they told me I could not get my biopsy cause I had brought my children. After I got upset and asked why did they not advise me of this policy at my first appt they said they would make an exception and do the procedure. I waited 10 more minutes for them to come back out and say they changed their mind again and they weren't gonna do it again because of the kids. I had taken off of work and drove 45 minutes to sit there for an hour and a half to achieve nothing. No biopsy. They should have made it clear no kids allowed on the first appt and certainly not go back and forth on the second appt. very poor customer service.

Can not get anyone to answer the phone and menu options not particularly helpful.
