Dr Massengill took the time to answer all of my questions in a personable social way. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit.
Dr. Massengill was very accurate with my diagnosis. He spent time with me explaining everything to me clearly. Also like his Top Doctors Awards, which I was very impressed with. Would recommend Dr. Massengill to my family and friends.
Knowledgeable, good listener, and spent time to hear individual nuances of my issues. Rare that you get done somebody with Dr M’s credentials and background with highly attentive and warm personal demeanor. Top notch in all aspects of care.
So glad to such a great specialist in the Hudson Valley. The epitome of a professional
Excellent help and service
As a rural retired life, it’s very hard to find
right doctor near me. With my cronic ear and nose problem he listens and explains
thoroughly. He made me real comfortable.
Dr. Massengill has great manners, is friendly, patient and thorough.
This was my first appointment with this doctor. He was so personable he put me at ease right away. I have wax removed from my ears and he was gentle with the instruments. The appointment was quick and painless.
Caring and pleasant
ENT has by far been the best place I have sought treatment for my care, regarding my allergy therapy. I feel confident in their knowledge.
Great- planning on going back next year.
Found my issue and helped me find a solution
Great listening skills
very patient
Every thing OK
Dr Massengill listened to my concerns about how other health issues may or may not be impacting the areas that he specializes in. Having a physician who will think holistically instead of having tunnel vision for their specialty is so important as you age.
Really nervous about my 13 yr old Daughters hearing. Dr. Massengill and the young lady that performed her hearing test made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. Thankfully her hearing is perfect.
Good
Very cordial, and Dr. Massengill was quite knowledgeable regarding my sleep apnea and the proper methods to assess it.
great and informative
The only ENT I trust is Dr. Massengill, he’s the best. He is very patient with me, especially since I have an ear phobia and I don’t like people touching my ears. He also explains everything in detail, and makes sure I understand what’s going on.
