I filed a claim directly with the insurance company and was underpaid. A friend recommended I call a public adjuster to ask for advice and so she gave me PICC's number. They re-opened my claim and the insurance company ended up paying double the amount I originally received. I was able to complete the repairs in my kitchen and couldn't believe I almost didn't do anything about the little amount I had received.
During some severe rain the roof in my living room began to leak. Of course, I thought it was the end of the world; not to mention the thought of dealing with the insurance company. Mary from PICC had someone out the very same day. Now, all the repairs are not complete and I couldn't be happier with PICC's service. I will recommend PICC to all my friends and family!
