The team has bee very very friendly and supportive. Both my husband and myself went on the Ideal Protein program. With both of us it was easier because we supported each other. Nikki was our coach and was very clear and uplifting with her approach, even on our worse days.
I would definitely recommend the Ideal Protein plan if you want to be serious about losing weight. Its an investment in your health and future.
