My insurance company referred Adams Disaster and Restoration and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. Not only were they professional and got the mess cleaned up quick, they were very nice and seemed to really want to please me.

I hired this company 4 months ago to fix a huge water leak. I had the most amazing experience. The employees were professional and timely. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I thought this company was great! I called Adams based on a recommendation from my plumber. They came out immediately and were very personable and professional. The guys explained everything that would be required and brought in the machines they use (which they had with them) to dry out wet walls and wood. (They explained how the machines would work over the next several days while they were left in my home to do their magic. Pretty high-tech by the way ... a computer chip tells the machine when to shut off and when to empty.) This could have turned out to be quite the nightmare but they were very reassuring and took care of eveything. I saw that another reviewer complained of Adams using his/her electricity. These are some powerful machines -- of course they're going to need electricity!

Spoke to 4 different people durring the process of setting up an estimate for the insurance to review. Never got an estimate. By the next week no one knew anything about the job even though several individuals were on the job site.
