My experience was great! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease about the whole procedure.
During the beginning of my visit, I was told step by step what was going to happen and it relieved the stress that I had coming in. When the procedure started, I didn't feel like I lost trust in him through out. He did a great job!
Good experience with Dr. Norman Eskoz. This is my second procedure and I would recommend this doctor because of his calm demeanor and takes the time to go over all the details with you. Great staff at both locations (Mchenry/Lake in the Hills) courteous, kind, and professional even if you are late.
