My puppys cut was Uneven all over, some sections were left uncut.I am very disappointed and will never go back.

I needed to find a new groomer as i am new to the area.called k9 villa for a appointment the staff there was very welcoming.and asked questions on how i wanted my dog clipped.they did a beautiful clip on my dog she never looked so good. im going to go there from now on and would recommend them to anyone.thanks k9 villa for everything.

I go to k9 villa to get my cat groomed they comb out his matts and i have never had a shop get my cat this clean before.Valerie did him and she is just wonderful she has been doing cats for years and doesnt dissapoint in her quality of work would recommend this shop to everyone.

I TOOK MY DOG 2 GET A LION CUT AND WHEN I PICKED HIM UP HE LOOKED LIKE A BEAR. A BAD ONE AT THAT! THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE THAT HAS EVER GROOMED HIM! WHEN I COMPLAINED THE LADY LOOKED SHOCKED AND DIDN'T NO WHAT 2 SAY. VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE! MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE AND DIDN'T CARE THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUT. WILL NEVER RETURN AND DON NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO WANTS A GOOD CUT 2 VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I brought my dog in to have him shaved. I figured that was a simple request. When I came back for him a couple hours later they had barely done anything to him. They said it wouldn't look right. I had told them a simple request and they didn't do it. Yet the still charged be full price ($65). My girlfriend called to try to fix things and they were extremely rude to her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are cheaper and more professional places out there. I wish I would have looked around more. Hopefully others won't make the same mistake.
