Alex listened intently and took notes when I was done he explained to me exactly what he would do how much would cost and when it would be ready. He called me that night and told me the expensive protection software I was using was corrupted and that my password would no longer gain access. Alex called me the next day to come in and pick up my laptop. When I arrived he made me sit down and learn how to operate my computer without making foolish mistakes thank you Alex so much for your care and concern you and honoring your quote, you are not only a brilliant computer engineer you are also a great human being.
