I used Kiwi several years ago. When the technician left, there were a couple of bad stains that hadn't been removed. I called Kiwi and they immediately sent out another technician who was able to get out all of the stains. I couldn't have been more satisfied! I also scheduled them to come back before the year was up and was very pleased with how simple the process was. I've now scheduled Kiwi to clean the carpets at our new home next week and have every confidence they will do an excellent job again.

We've used kiwi this past year every 60-90 days. We have 2 small dogs and a 2 year old. The dog cleaner has worked for the spots but my dog still marks the same spot on the carpet every time. The people who come to clean have been very nice but very interesting. I do like the way the carpet looks after being cleaned by kiwi. I just wish the service people in our area were a little more professional.

My family and I live in Smyrna Georgia area. Kiwi an amazing carpet cleaning company. Their employees are so nice so helpful and they were able to help us move the furniture around as we requested. Seems like a small thing but many other carpet cleaning services do charge extra money for this & Some because of liability reasons don't even touch your furniture they ask you to move it Kiwi was awesome!! Will definitely use them again and again and again!

Hi I am just so happy that I found kiwi, The service is so wonderful, they have turned my carpet back to new. I was so amazed that the carpert was not wet once they finished cleaning, Talking about happy, that was me!!!!! I have told so many people about this company, and the stand on their word. Kiwi, I enjoy having them come out and clean my house as its done professionally and ON TIME when I schedule them to come out. The warrenty actually pays for itself and they always send a great tech who knows my house and always does his best when addressing a tough stain.

I thought they would be like Chem Dry, since they use the same similar process. The guy shows up in his jaloppy van. He uses the buffing machine and chemicals on my den carpet. He left the carpet soaked and large brown swirls were left in the carpet. The carpet was dirty due to my dog tracking in dirt. He also damaged the walls up the stairs and took the paint off. I complained and managers came and said swirls were not supposed to be left that the guy was supposed to rack the carpet after he buffed the carpet which he did not do. They said they would come back to repair the walls which they did not do. NEVER USE KIWI CARPET CLEANING..THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
