General Info
Dr. Noor obtained her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to Winthrop University Hospital where she completed her pediatrics residency and allergy/immunology fellowship. Throughout her education and training, she has received many honors, including being part of the prestigious Chrysalis Project, which is a three-day didactic program at Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology annual meeting. She is also fluent in English, Hindi, and Spanish.

Attentive, listened & provided instructions for care
Dr. Noor is made my anxious 6 year old and I feel welcomed, heard and attended to. She was thorough and did not seem rushed. Most importantly she gave a us a clear plan to address the issue.
Explained everything in great detail
All the staff at ENT are wonderful. I was lucky to see Dr. Noor with a scary condition and she put my mind at ease. She was patient and explained things carefully.
My skin was very sensitive and I was breaking out in rashes every few weeks. I wanted to get tested for allergies. I met Dr. Noor and she agreed I should get tested & explained the process .Dr. Noor told me she thought it was probably a chemical. We did the testing and she was right. I’m happy to know what I should be avoiding going forward. I would recommend her to my friends.

Didn’t know what to expect. She & her staff were very kind & professional. She explained everything to me so I understood what was going on for me and how best to treat me. I plan on switching other family members to her now. I have already recommended her to friends.
