      Serving both chicken and beef fajitas and then added many traditional American and authentic Mexican dishes, prepared by Lupe Gonzales.The 50th Street Caboose opened in August of 1990 at the corner of 50th Street and Slide Road. It was designed by managing partner Phil Bradley and owner Bob Jordan with a few twists to enhance the proven Caboose concept.A midway with over 100 games and a redemption center stocked full of toys, novelties, and giant stuffed animals help to enhance the fun atmosphere. Serving the same fine Mexican dishes with a few new twists from George Amaya.

      Took my son there for lunch on our father/son day. The food was great, and our server was excellent. She interacted with my son, which was great. The food was hot and served quickly. Time is very important to us since I am limited to the amount of time I can keep my son at the table. He was ready to get to the games. We played games for appoximately a 1 1/2. He was able to win enough tickets to get a prize. I really like that your ticket totals are kept on your card. I have the card in my wallet for the next time we return. Which I am sure that it will be soon. My daughter is ready to go, and they reward kids with all A's on their report card with game cards. My daughter has been reminiding me that we need to go. Great family atmosphere that has entertainment for the kids and still serves great food. LelandB
