Dr. Lundquist is the Medical Director and founder of Active Life Physical Medicine & Pain Center, Innovative Surgery Center, and Regena Spa. She is dual board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation along with Pain Management and a diplomat with the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Lundquist completed medical school at Midwestern University at the Arizona Collage of Osteopathic Medicine campus in Glendale, Arizona. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Dr Lundquist has an incredible passion for regenerative treatments and has dedicated most of her career to the advancement of these treatments to help restore function and alleviate pain. She is actively involved in multiple organizations that focus on research and implementation of these treatments. She is acknowledged as one of the experts in this arena and is one of 14 physicians granted permission to perform The Discseel Procedure. Her passion is derived from personal experience with enduring 3 spine surgeries and refusal to believe that there were no better options. She has sincere dedication to patient care and is persistent in advocating the best options for her patients! She enjoys time with family and is active in church currently serving as a primary chorister.

Wendy is awesome! I had lower back and leg pain (sciatica) for about a year after an injury I sustained while deadlifitng. She was great during the consultation and during the procedure. The procedure was painful but it worked like magic! I would 100% do it again and would recommend Wendy to anyone.
I was having trouble walking after a run. It got so bad that I could hardly walk after a few weeks. I was referred to Dr. Lundquist and she injected both knees with growth factors.
After 6 weeks I am able to walk and no pain. I am actually amazed and I cannot explain who great it is. Dr. Lundquist is also a very caring person.
