I would give it 0 stars if I could! My husband and I have lost ALL CONFIDENCE in this Dealership. I trusted them and took their word for everything and gosh I feel gullible and stupid for taking our vehicles here. The service department is absolutely HORRIBLE-Terrible service experiences, poor diagnosis and workmanship, and high prices! After several awful customer experiences I started taking our vehicles to a different repair shop they discovered multiple repairs and maintenance that I had paid for had not been completed or was completed incorrectly and repairs had been misdiagnosed. My husband and I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again- even to purchase a new Honda when it comes time. We experienced everything from both front wheels almost falling off after new tires were installed because the lug nuts were over tightened and the lug studs were being pulled through the hub, to being lied to from the service manager about a CV boot being torn after a transmission seal was replaced and the manager wanted us to pay for it, to misdiagnose on a brake issue when I was told the brake pads needed to be shimmed- brake hardware just needed to be lubed and serviced because 2 of the pins where seized- the new shop discovered this in two seconds JUST BY THE TECH LOOKING AT IT (simple fix that Honda could not figure out), to the valve cover gasket leaking oil after the 110k mile maintenance performed then they pointed it out and gave me an estimate on how much money it was going to cost me to fix it, to an oil sensor having a severe leak several times. I could go on, and on, and on... This was over the course of about 2-3 years with both our vehicles. Try going to Otto's 816.358.4454- they specialize in Honda and Acura- and the dirty little secret- they send service vehicles to be repaired there that their techs don't have the training or are unable to diagnose. Otto's even has loaner vehicles for $ 10. Steer clear of this Dealership!

I brought my ,2007 Honda CRV in for some work on it on Feb 6...called her on Feb 3 and made A appointment.Dropped off the car at 7:30am on the 6th and. left it.Called about 2:15 pm for status. and was told they were just starting on it..got here at 4pm and nothing had been done on the car..was told 2min ago the car is ready.5:00pm. Why make a appointment???everyone has been nice but not organized

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. They made my first car buying experience more than painless, but pleasant. They really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and made me feel important. The facilities are comfortable and clean, and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend Lee's Summit Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Overall spectacular experience. I am very happy with my purchase and will likely recommend Lee's Summit Honda to friends and family. Sadly, I will not be returning to the dealership to purchase another vehicle anytime soon as I expect my new Honda Fit to last quite some time!

Jim Bethel called to thank me for purchasing my Honda. On the scale questions I give them all a 5 as I was very pleased with the entire process of my purchase. At this time my car is free from any mechanical problems. Jim did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car like blue tooth and helping to set all of it up for me! I love driving my 2014 Honda!

We are so impressed with Lee's Summit Honda, both the sales department and the service department. We are just minutes away from three other Honda dealers but we choose to drive from south Overland Park to Lee's Summit. We continue to be impressed with the customer service of every individual we've encountered at LSH. Thank you.

I was writing a review on an outstanding salesman, Dennis Bodenhamer, when I noticed the low service rankings and had to reply. We have had nothing but exceptional service with Honda on Colbern Road. From the courtesy of the service staff to the work performed, I would recommend them highly. Yes, cost may be a little high with Honda, but we feel we get our monies worth with the exceptional service and feel confident when we drive out the lot that we were in good hands.

James Loveland was our sales associate, he was very professional and knowledgable about the product,was very friendly, allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision without feeling in the least pressured. Our experience with your dealership in general, and with James as the direct representative we dealt with, has been very favorable. And I love the car.
