The service technician arrived on time, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. This company is good to respond after hours and on week-ends. I would recommend them to my friends. The service technician was also very personable.

We had service men out twice this week for the same problem. It was Terry who came out. The first time they came out earlier than expected which was great for me. It was pretty warm outside. The next day I was expecting them between 12 and 4 and he didn't show up until after 5:30. By the time he got here it was above 80 degrees in here and I had an infant in the house. He had to order a new thermostat and I was told it would probably be here on Friday. Now I am told it won't be here until Monday.

Outstanding! As usual Robert & Shane did not let us down, troubleshooting the problem and swapping out the toilet w/out even a moment's hesitation based on their knowledge of our house and listening to our descriptions. Since then we've not had a single 'backup' and the rest of the house inspection went without a hitch. These guys know their business, their customers, and the plumbing layouts they work with and suggest less expensive options, giving customers the choice. They're more than plumbers, they have become trusted friends. I recomend them 100% w/out hesitation.
