Certified Personal Trainer Since 2001, Carolina has been helping clients reach new levels of personal fitness and health. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and Fitness, and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Motor Behavior and Motor Control. Carolina is Certified through ACE, AFAA, and PIYO as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and pilates instructor.
