spoke to manager today that was no help!!! i put a freeze on my account/the person i spoke to says i would not be charged. today i go in my account, & i'm charged. i call 24hr fitness, she proceeded to say the freeze went into affect today. there's nothing she could do about refunding my money. she said the payment is for july, but i'm getting charge now. (july 20th) i already paid for july (june 22nd, i guess they cannot figure that out either) 24hr fitness is all about the funds/they don't even think about customer service. customer service is key......someone needs to teach them that. thanks for nothing-miss manager. the other employees are very nice. (not going to thrash them, they have no part in this)

GOT the Costco deal great deal but the service there is the worst i have another gym near me but this one was close. So the have no id and card check in i went up to get a ball the said i need an id when the told me signing up i can give them my keys why would i bring in my id if the said i dont need it.

I had a coupon from an equipment company sponsoring a 24 day free membership. I took advantage of it and was told nine days in that the membership was only good for a week. I told them it was for 24 days and the response was that it was in seven day increments. NOT TRUE and I was not given the coupon back at my initial sign-up, taking away my proof. Nice gimmick.
