I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful technician to day named Christina. She was an absolute joy to work with. She had all the tools necessary to fix my fridge door handle and she did it with a smile. She is a true professional.

My technician was Christina. She definatly knows her machines she came out and was able to fix my dryer in no time flat. Im very impressed.

My appointment was for Friday, August 1, 2014. The technician (Antwon) called about 7:30 am to say he would be here somewhere between 9 and 11:30 and my charge would be $95 for diagnosis of my icemaker. I corrected him being that this call was under warranty. He called back about 11 and asked where I was. It turns out the office had given my address on 15th Ave N, instead of 115th Ave N. He then said he would be here about 12:30 pm. I arrived about 12:10 and went right to work. After some testing and fixing and more testing, he was able to fix my icemaker easily. He also adjusted the grill at the bottom of my fridge. Although he was late and had some wrong information (all not his fault), he was extremely courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Even though this was under my warranty, I would definitely call Appliance Service again and I will recommend them. C. Nilsen

I received service from Appliance Tech they came out and dx the problem then ordered parts, There was a delay in getting the part however the Tech AJ that came to dx and fix it was very polite and very quick with the dx and repair.

Whirlpool service provider for Tampa FL area. They serviced my refrigerator under warranty for not making ice. Put new ice maker in at Whirlpool's expense, and said 7 month old water filter caused original ice maker to "burn up" although cold water dispenser was working properly. Long story short, still not making ice and although they botched the job the first time, they get to try it again because Whirlpool gets a 30 day labor warranty.

This is the second time I had to deal with this company. And they just seem to show no regard for their customers time schedule.
