They charged me $70 dollars to diagnose my problem. I waited several days before I had to call them and ask what was going on and they told me they had to order a $50 part (I found similar parts online for as low as $3.50) and that I had to pay up front before they could order it. They charged me $50 more to install it and the clerk said I was getting a "really good deal." I waited nearly 2 more weeks before I had to call them again and ask what was taking so long and the clerk said the part hadn't been ordered, so I demanded my money and my computer back. His boss said the part had already been ordered and couldn't refund me. 3 days later they had it fixed. There's only a 30 day warranty on the repair. I generously gave them 2 stars because the computer works. Oh yea, the clerk tried to upsell me a useless accessory as well.

ComputerXpress came to our place of business last week and were able to alleviate our ongoing technology issues. Another technology provider had worked on the same issue with no success, plus charged us more. ComputerXpress fixed the problems in one day. We are very pleased.

More people should know about Computer Xpress. They are fantastic. My hard drive died and they were able to retrieve all of my pictures and documents. They were efficient and the price was reasonable.

I took my computer there to get it worked on and it was the worst experience I ever had from any repair shop. They are rude and not professional at all, there was some older man there with white hair and beard and very heavy set. They lost all my files and told me that my hard drive was bad but the funny thing is that it was working fine other than an fbi virus when I took it to them. Since I have gotten it back I went on craigslist and found someone who had many years of knowledge and he repaired it and now it works perfectly. My advise is to not use these people because they do not know what they are doing at all and they should not even be in business. If you are wise take your business elsewhere and do not do business with these losers.
