DILIGENTLY WORKING TO PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH ADAPTIVE SOLUTIONS

Quality Custom Homes fo 29 years,"Where there is no Vision, the people will perish" is my favorite quote. BIA 1993 built a complete house start to finish in 23 ½ hours donated 100% of the proceeds to Needy Children 2000 sq. ft. house year 2000 in less than 2000 minutes, gave 100% proceeds to “Battered women and children group” 1999 built a 2 story colonial in 7 days, donated all the profit ($165, 000.00) to Keystone Athletic Team Supporters (KATS) 1996 Host Developer for BIA Homeramma, largest ever in Lorain Co. I’ve built approximately 1200 new homes in my career and have never had a lien placed on me nor have I ever placed a lien on any customers or sub trades! I have never been sued either! (Just a couple of facts that I am very proud of) Obviously this shows that I do everything in my power to please the customer. I pride myself with the fact that I have leadership abilities. The local BIA members refer to me as the “Idea Guy”. I am obcessed about details. I finish what I start. I start working at 4:30 AM. I am proud that I was the First Builder inducted into the “Hall of Fame”.

Honesty, Integrity, and Quality Workmanship
