I am the receiver of a package being shipped from Lafayette, LA, and the driver decided to go on holiday with my shipment. It has been stuck in Laurel, MD for days, now! A different package coming all the way from Oregon, is already here in my town in PA, waiting to be delivered on Tuesday! But this piece of garbage driver has not left Laurel, MD, and it is due to be delivered on Tuesday, May 26! It might be Memorial Day weekend, but how come the other package from Oregon is already here in my town?! POS people in this UPS center for drivers!!!!!
It is ridiculous and unacceptable that this place is not open at least a half day on Saturdays like the U.S. Postal Service is so that people can pick up a package and not have to wait until Monday. That is why if I have a choice, I ALWYAS ship and ask that my packages be sent USPS and never ups !
This is ridiculous! ! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND , PEOPLE NEED BETTER AND MORE ACCURATE DETAILS AND LOCAL NUMBER TO SPEAK TO LOCAL PERSON, AND GET EXACTLY WHERE AND WHEN !! Because between 3 am and 10 pm means nothing! !
Notice was left on 10/03/15- dated 09/03/15- apparently didn't know the date. Supposedly attempted to deliver at 1pm- someone was home all day- at that time definitely- no one rang doorbell- garage was open- no delivery made.

No local number for assistance. Package was not delivered due to a signature requirement, we were home, waiting. No one showed up. Pathetic!!!

Extremely BAD SERVICE!!!! Very inconvenient not to have a local number to allow customers to check the reasons as to why packages are not being delivered as scheduled or have to be rescheduled several times. I am very disappointed with my service or lack of!!!! Upside is that after 6 phone calls and 3 different supervisors, I was finally transferred to the local office and received exceptional service....I give it two stars only because of the local assistance!!!!

I find it VERY non-helpful to NOT provide a local number for any customer needing to find out the status of exactly where the driver is for a package delivery. Especially when they do give out the address. We have been waiting for 6 days for a package that was supposed to be delivered last week by UPS. I find it VERY inconvienent to NOT have a better way of finding out where our delivery is. EVEN if the customer service COULD in fact contact the driver or the local company to contact the driver. To tell us when to expect him. AT least there would be some communication. Instead of hearing for the umteenth time...it's on the truck to be delivered. I would give NO stars for this huge inconvienence.

The worst service ever.... If I could give zero stars I would..... I needed a package by a certain date, paid extra to guarantee that date.... UPS tracking information showed my package on truck for delivery... I waited all day at home but never received my package... At 11:00pm UPS updated my tracking information to say that they never loaded it on the truck, and it was left at the UPS center in their error.... I had to wait 3 days for my package - - - after the date I needed... UPS pretty much told me tough luck....

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! Returned my package without coming to my place!!! What kind of service is that!!!
I wanted to contact you to praise our UPS man (Ed--services Hwy. 1252 Carencro, LA). He is familiar with our dogs as he delivers to my home often. We have purebred old English Bulldogs. Anyway, he was passing in front of my house yesterday and noticed one of my dogs out of our fence and following him down the road. So he turned his truck around and came to knock on my door to let us know that she was loose. While we were rounding her up, our other dog got loose and came to meet us by the road. Needless to day, we would have had two of our four-legged family members dead (we live off of a state hwy.) if not for his kindness. We have always had a good relationship with our UPS men (even though our dogs don't like them. haha) but he went beyond the call of duty to help us. What took him 5 minutes of his time to do, saved us a lot of heartache!! Much love to him from the Credeur Family!!

Today was day 2 of trying to deliver a pkg to me in Crowley, La. I stayed home all day and evening and NO delivery was tryed here. If I have to come to Lafayette for my pkg, it will be a round trip for me of 50 miles. In 14 yrs at this address, I have never had a problem. You do have the correct address. I am not in a very good mood right now. Can you suggest anything????? Thank you for your time. The address is 806 South Ave. G, Crowley, La. 70526
