Dr. Charles Turner is as family physician serving the Lafayette area for more than 20 years; Board-certified in four areas: family medicine, addiction medicine, obesity medicine (medical weight loss) and anti-aging medicine. We offer natural hormone replacement for women, testosterone injections for men... Advanced treatment for fatigue, insomnia, PMS, acne, pain, hair loss, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn.We try to help people get healthier, feel better and improve their quality of life.For hormonal symptoms we use natural hormone replacement similar to that received by Suzanne Somers.Testosterone injections for men- we don't wait until your testosterone level is in the dirt before treating you and bring you to an ideal level instead of just giving you an average testosterone level for your age.Fatigue- we have many ways to improve energy levels.Weight loss- our program is not the typical rubberstamp moneymaking racket. We have many ways to help people weight, including appetite suppressant's, hCG injections, supplements, special foods but especially counseling. Our weight loss program is customized to fit individual patient's needs.Low thyroid symptoms- you do not have to wait until your lab values have hit the dirt before getting treated. My mainstream colleagues are trained to treat thyroid lab values, not patient's symptoms. I know that sounds ridiculous but that is the way they practice medicine. We call it cookbook medicine. It requires no thinking, no common sense... But as long as they practice medicine like the doctor down the street, they stay out of trouble. If the patient gets help for their low thyroid symptoms is only a coincidence.For difficult patients we run extensive lab tests and have a couple hundred thousand dollars worth of sophisticated diagnostic equipment on-site.We currently offer ways to increase growth hormone and plan to add Botox, PRP, stem cells, O shots, vampire face-lifts, hair regrowth ....

I have met with Dr Turner three times so far and have been VERY pleased! The first visit I was there over an hour. He addressed all my concerns and laid out a treatment plan for me, all during my very first visit. I heard about him through two of my very good friends, whom I trust dearly ( they both are very very picky. Lol) and insisted I go to him. My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner! I’m off a couple of meds and taking natural supplements. Thank-you Dr Turner and your staff!

I'm 57 y-o. Dr. Turner recommended that I try natural hormone replacement therapy to help with my symptoms. I've been taking progesterone 200 mg before bedtime since June 2017. It has made a miraculous difference in my ability to fall asleep, sleep soundly throughout the night, and waking up rested. I do not need melatonin :) I take 50 mg DHEA each morning and it helped with depression and higher energy levels. I no longer take an antidepressant (bupropion). THANK YOU Dr. Turner :)
Dr.Turner and his staff are wonderful. I feel they saved my life. I was very sick and sleeping nearly 18 hours a day. Other doctors could not determine what was wrong. After extensive blood tests, they determined what I needed to give my body in order for it to have the resources to heal. It was life changing for me! His prices are extremely reasonable for what you are getting. I will continue to go to Dr. Turner, even driving an hour and a half to get there.

After seeing several mainstream doctors & specialist, Dr, Turner was able to treat me with a variety of supplements and mainstream meds that have made a tremendous difference. Received his cardio cleanse (edta). Numerous times the Dr would take the time to chat about something I was curious about, even though I had no appt,, or if he had a busy day. Staff at the ckinic is top notch.
