I have rented a small storage with two doors one on the back and one on the front, The back door has not worked since I rented the unit. The front door the spring is broken and it is very hard to open plus it will not stay up, I have to put a 8' 2x4 to hold it up. Once it closed on me while inside it was very hard to open, I have complain to the management 5 time they keep say they are going to fix it but never do. They say things like we do it this weekend so be on call but of coarse they never call. I use to rent a much larger unit from them but a month ago moved to a smaller one.
