Director gave me the tour of Meadowbrook
the best place to be !!!!!
This place should be shut down!!! very dirty and the staff rude. My family and I regret sending my father there.
The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.
Important to note that this facility has recently improved
think meadowbrook would be a good service to my brother at this time.
very helpful when in need!!!!
I Toured This Community. Secure alzheimers unit!
Meadowbrook Manor was the answer to our problems.
I would like to take a moment of your time to tell you how good the staff is at Meadowbrook Manor.
Joey was a great therapist. He was gifted and very caring.
We have been busy getting mom settled in California she is doing so well...She is working on her fan (haha) and making new friends. Of course all of this could not be possible without the wonderful care she received at Meadowbrook you all are the best!
it was amazing clean and so cozy for a nursing home it was wonderful. I wanted to move in.
My mother went here yesterday on her own. She is very impressed. She is planning at looking at another Lexington this weekend if she can. But is really leaning towards this one.
My mother was at Meadowbrook Manor for the last months of her life. I was truly grateful that they were able to give her all the care she needed. This is a pleasant, bright, sunny, clean facility surrounded by gardens like my mother grew for herself until she was no longer able. Of all the staff at the hospitals and rehab facilities where my mother sought care during more than a year of serial crises, the doctors, nurses, social workers and support and administrative staff here were consistently the most supportive, attentive, communicative, and dependable.
The therapy department is great.
I just wanted to thank you for getting my sister, Julie Burke into Meadowbrook Manor. She has been in a state of high anxiety and this will make an enormous difference. I am terribly grateful to you for your willingness to drop everything and make this happen. It means so much to me.
My therapy here was good and it helped me alot.
