Don't be fooled by the "fancy" exterior and upgrades on the first floor. It appears that this is one of those warehouses that staffs to the bare minimum and whose goal is to keep people in bed and not focused on progressing. There are some staff that do seem to care but are not given any tools to make any appreciable difference.

God help you if your loved one is placed on the third floor. It is a locked-down dementia unit and they will place someone there even if it isn't warranted. When you go to visit there isn't even a place for a visitor to sit in the patient's room.

I am so relieved that I no longer have to go visit my relative there. My heart breaks for all those who can't afford to get out of there.
