As I started to place this review it asked me how many stars, I almost placed it at 4 stars because no one is perfect, but then I reflected back on the job did by Platinum plumbing and thought no way are they 4 stars they are truly a 5 star company. I was recommend to Platinum Plumbing by a friend of a friend for a small plumbing job, as I called a few others as well I just never got the same feeling as I did with Platinum so I went with them. They are very top of there art company, they take time, pride and all the above to insure you are satisfied with there service. I can say again 5 stars all the way!

Had a kitchen and bath remodel by Platinum and they were just great. Nick is very dedicated to his line of work and knows his plumbing inside and out. Hes not only the owner but the master plumber as well and takes great pride in his work.

Saved the day when what I thought was my water heater ended up being a busted kitchen pipe, Nick was so ind to walk me through everything and explain and even called me back later that night to check on things. I have used a lot of DFW plumbers and he beats them by far, in fact he should be in charge of all the DFW plumbers.

My husband and I had a couple of toliest,fixtures and a water heater replaced by Platinum Plumbing and they did just the best job. Nick took his time and gave pointers on some other plumbing. We called him after hours (around 10pm) just to ask a quick question and he took our call and provided us with a great answer. You will not be going wrong if you choose Platinum for you plumbing needs.

Super nice job on a clogged sink, Nick took his time and even though he ran over time due to me asking hundreds of questions he stuck to his price and did not try to over charge me. He is very profesional and has lots of plumbing knowledge.

Our tub was backing up so we called Platinum Plumbing to come out and snake the lines, Nick was so kind in explaining everything he was doing. After he snaked the line he ran all waters to make sure everything was going down, after what seemed to be a very costly project ended not being at all and Nick was there to make sure it was taken care of. I had a small kitchen fire and was scared I might have a gas leak we called Platinum Plumbing at 7pm and they were at my home by 7:30pm. They did not charge me for an emergency call, trip charge or any other off the wall charge that most of the local plumbers do. I was charged a straight fee that was very delightful to my pocket book & there were no gas leaks. Platinum plumbing made me feel very safe before leaving, about the gas and I will def. be calling them again.

Nick from Platinum Plumbing just left my home after doing repairs in three of my bathrooms. I am always skeptical about having to call a "Professional" for any work I need done, because I am afraid I am going to be taken advantage of. Nick did a great job at a great price and I found him to be very honest, knowledgable & friendly!. I will call Platinum Plumbing for now on for any plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends, neighbors and anyone else!!

Nick came to give me an estimate to fix what appeared to be a main water line leak under my driveway. After about 10 minutes checking out the area he said "I think I can find that leak, and it isn't under the driveway." About 10 minutes later he found it, by listening to my sidewalk, and doing a bit of shovel work. Fixed after a bit more than an hour, for a lot less than the estimates I'd gotten from two other area plumbers. And when he was done it was hard to tell where he'd been digging. You can bet I've saved his business card for future use.

I OWN A ROOFING COMPANY AND WE USED PLATINUM TO FIX A GAS LEAK THAT WE HIT WITH A NAIL. THEY COME OT ON A LATE SAT. EVENING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND WE SUPER. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, WAS IN AND OUT AND THE PRICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE FOR A SAT. AFTER HOURS CALL. THEY SAVED ME ABOUT 400 OR 500 DOLLARS. DEF. WILL USE AGAIN.
