I have not lived in the michigan area since March of 2012. I have been unable to get out of my contract with this gym even though I now live 15 hours from their nearest facility. The gym itself was perfectly fine and met my needs while I was in the area but if there is even the slightest chance that you may have a geographical change in your life I strongly advise against signing any kind of contract as they have only offered to allow me to pay the full buyout price of mine. On top of the 50 a month I continue to pay they still hold me accountable for a 75 dollar a year maintenance fee. Buyer should definitely beware.
