Why KZOO Fitness Boot Camp? When you join KZOO Fitness boot camp youre not just another number. Youre a person who comes to us and trusts us to help you get the results you want. Whether you are looking to shed fat, tone up, or just increase your overall health, we have a program designed for you. Each of our boot camp classes are ran by a certified personal trainer who is sure to motive you towards reaching your goals. We approach fitness differently. At KZOO Fitness we believe that it is about more than just coming in and working out 3-5 times per week. It is about helping and coaching you towards reaching your results both in the gym and outside the gym. We strive to give you the tools you need to succeed, from tips on proper nutrition and supplementation, to workouts you can do while away from home. What should I expect? When you walk in the doors at KZOO Fitness you can expect to be greeted by one of our friendly boot camp instructors. They will set you up with a quick orientation and schedule you for a FREE TRIAL workout. Dont worry, we dont yell like those military boot camps you might be thinking about. We are going to take the time to help you feel comfortable with the exercises and equipment. We want you to think of our gym as a place to go and relive stress, not be stressed.
