My overall experience with Amigo was good. My car was having issues and they helped take care of me and worked with me. I don't like the place they use to fix cars. It is too far and they are rude. I wouldn't recommend the shop but overall Amigo was great. ZENO

Rachel Lewis Jonesboro Office Staff Great Great. I give them FIVE STARS! Had problems when I called Payment Center spoke with Jose whom I explain that I want to make a whole payment ($300.00) instead of ($150.00) because I was having car problems need an extension until the 30th of the month he was very very nasty but he did give me a week (brought in early because I had partial payment just did not want to make two trips). Call to speak with George and he answer the phone and was very disrespectful again someone needs to speak with him about his attitude because we all fall short at one time or another.
