Ordered a deep dish pizza. It finally got to my house and the pizza was luke warm and the bottom of the crust was soggier then the damn box the delivered it to me in. Call to complain and nikko himself says maybe it was from the steam in the box..so I'm now stuck with an absolutely disgusting 40 dollar pizza that i could practically wring out if I tried to.

On Wednesday the 29th Kronos was having a promotion for FREE Gyros around the Chicagoland area. I printed my coupons and went to NIKO'S PIZZA on Essington in Joliet and when I got there, they ran out of product? So the young lady said she would stamp my coupons and I would be able to come back. I asked her if there was and exp. date for this and she said no. Come back when you can. So I did today (2 days later) and they said I had to come back the next day. After tell her the situation she said the owner will not honor the coupon. I asked to see him and he wouldnt come to the front and she just kept saying he was to busy for me. I gave her the coupons and said I would never come to this place again for any reason at all and she just look at me and said OK GOOD BY. After I left I called the store and the owner still wouldnt come to the phone and the young lady still said he was too busy for me and to leave a message. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EVER SEEN IN A BUSINESS THAT REALLY NEEDS TO HAVE THE BEST SERVCE TO SURVIVE IN TODAYS WORLD. Good luck Niko you will need it.

Niko's is awesome. The food is cheap, cooked perfectly, they have fast service, and a polite staff. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, and I do. I have yet to try everything. I know I'll try though.

They actually care about their customer!! One day I waited for about a half an hour to place an order!(in the middle of lunch mind you) we placed our order and as we're waiting we were approached by the lovely lady working the phones. She gave us each a slice of pizza for the inconvenience!! I have been a customer ever since!
