The entire staff was extremely thorough from start to finish and took the time to explain every single step. They were constantly referring to the x-rays or handing me a mirror so they could talk be through each dicussion point. At 27 they were teaching me how to brush my teeth - I don't remember my first dentist appointment but I apparetnly missed something :)
