I am very sorry to hear of the negative experience you had. That is not the way we do business. I can not think of anyone here who would speak to a customer like that. Please don’t agree to services until you read this. This is the first time I am writing a review for a business but I do believe the power of these reviews are to help steer consumers in a positive direction especially when making decisions about services like chimney cleaning. I must say, I have never had such a negative experience as I did with the Chimney Man services. After an hour of waiting, the Chimney Sweep service technician called and instead of apologizing or making the situation better he said, “the world keeps moving, you certainly aren’t our only customer”. Very surprised at this (thought maybe he was just having an off day) I asked him if that is really how he felt and he assured me that he had plenty of customers and that he certainly didn’t care.

I understand that this service is very technical, however, I also understand it is a business and some level of kindness and business etiquette is to be expected.
