Kevin is the "manager" NOT the owner. The owner hates the business but enjoys collecting the money. Installed Fireplace and it broke, not once or twice, but 8 times. Very disappointed. Manager Kevin told me "it's not their fireplaces, it's because i'm using it too much." I don't know about most people but a fireplace isn't a fireplace unless lit up. Very disappointed. Does "half fast" work and expects to be paid and then when he doesn't do the work right, he charges you again for the same job he was supposed to fix right a few days before. I kicked this guy out several times already and I can't believe he runs the business the way he does. No one in the area will even work on their junk fireplaces. They should be out of business, not only for selling junk products, but for the way they treat their customers. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I already have more money into the fireplace than it's even worth!

aweful service. would not do business again. they didnt recommend the appropriate btu for the space i have and now when it gets real cold, i have to use a space heater!!!! terrible sub contractors!!!
