This was our first time seeing Dr. Mcgettigan and due to our particular situation he not only allowed me to sit in with my son, but also allowed my husband to listen in by phone. We all felt comfortable and confident with his recommendations.

Appointments are on time. Nurses are professional and kind. Doctor goes over all symptoms in detail. Very patient. His recommendation for symptoms is discussed in detail.

This Appointment was rushed. In and out in 10 minutes. Was way to quick to give me drugs.

I had trauma to my right ear resulting in a painful infection. Dr McGettigan and his Staff got me in the same day I called the office. I was in a panic, I had a trip planned to see my grandchildren in Texas and was afraid the ear problem would negate my ability to fly. As I had not been able to see my family (due to COVID) for EIGHTEEN MONTHS... it meant the world to me...Everyone working in that office dedicated themselves to addressing and solving the problem. Dr McGettigan said, “ Don’t worry we’re going to get you on that plane!” It wasn’t easy, but they did it! I am so grateful to him and his entire office. I went for appointments three times and emailed questions and concerns countless times throughout my treatment. I was always met with kindness, concern and competent medical advice. Everything you dream of in a Doctor and Staff- in an age where I believed those expectations were a thing of the past. Many thanks to Dr McGettigan and his Team!!!

Exceptional staff is very accommodating Nancy at front desk was able to make audiology testing appointment the same day that I forgot to make Molly the audiologist couldn't have been more accommodating with explaining everything assistants and nurse were pleasant and made you feel comfortable.
