Glenna is really sharp intellectually, but also incredibly insightful, practical, and compassionate. She understands people from the most humble to the most privileged of backgrounds, and has a lot of knowledge and skills and techniques in her repertoire. That's a rare combination in a therapist. She has helped me immensely with 1) dealing with past trauma and family dysfunction and recognizing how those experiences continue to shape me; 2) understanding what I can do to make myself more resourceful and healthy while coping with major stresses in my present life and 3) building healthier relationships. I am a much happier, healthier person after working with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had been to therapy a couple of times in my life but nothing compares to the quality, professionalism and compassion that Glenna has. She has awakened me to the true dysfunctions in my family that others had not, making my life clearer everyday. I've also had many losses and the combination of EMDR and DNMS allows me to overcome obstacles and move forward with memories that left me stuck in a much more effective way in much shorter time that strictly talk therapy. She is personable, kind and patient but also gently direct when needed.
