Today I was due in for a re-tie and I also had additional problems with my coil tie. The Staff (Ryan) and Jodie worked together to listen to me and meet my needs. They also relayed the information to Dr. John Pritchett who was attentive in listening and giving me a clear explanation of what will be completed next to get my impacted canine in. I enjoyed my appointment today!!

Anytime I come in for my appointment its always a warm welcome, the wait isn't long and any questions that I have they answer. I'm glad I picked Pritchett ortho!

Had my braces on for roughly 2 1/2 years and my experience has been great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer any questions and accomodate appointments around your schedule.

Made the choice to get braces as an adult. Dr John was very clear about my choices, treatment, and expectations from the beginning. The office has some of the most professional assistants. I had to reschedule a couple appointments and the front office staff were extremely accommodating.

It has been a Great Experience getting to know Dr.John and all the girls. We have been going here since my daughter had her braces. It is a great place if you need Braces!! Thank you to Kira and Soyna for putting up with all my stuff.. You all are Great!!!!

Dr.John has does an exceptional job explaining and executing a plan of care for my children. He has a kind bedside manner and my children really enjoy him.

My 8 year old got his braces put on and he is very young for this process. The dental assistant was very patient with him and considerate as he is a younger patient.
