Absolutely horrible! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The employees are incompetent and should not be trusted to run any business. Shipped 3 packages with them 2 of which were lost and no one there including the manager could explain how this happened or offer any assistance on finding them. The 3rd package somehow made it to destination but had to pay more postage before it could be picked up because they did not put enough on even though I paid for it. When I tried to file a claim for the 120 dollars worth of lost merchandise I was told to take it up with the post office because there is apparently no accountability with this company. Bottom line attempting to do business with this company cost me 240 dollars because of their incompetence in doing the job they are paid to do.

I had a recent experience at Pack & Ship, where I had looked up a FedEx shipping cost online, then visited Pack & Ship to send my package. Online FedEx quoted me a $17 price to ship my package, when I went to the store they told me it would be $32, a $15 difference. When I asked the associated why the difference, I was told that FedEx prices online were wrong. After I got home I called FedEx to find out why their website would quote me such a wrong price. I talked to two associates and revenue representative and was told by all that they only charge $17 to ship a package of my weight and dimensions. Then I was informed that Pack & Ship was not a FedEx vendor, they just offer a service and can charge what they want. In conclusion I was lied to by the pack & ship employee, and not informed that they charged me $15 just to print out a label and stick it on my box. Next time I will stick with printing my labels out at home and having FedEx pick them up, Its a Free service.
