I am pleasantly surprised of the excellent, polite and efficient service provided by Randy. He was able to show & explain in detail the issue he found, why it needed to be fixed and if it isn't fixed what the potential problems it could cause. He also recommended a better filter to use and why. I appreciated it. Thank you.

Mike was able to diagnose the problem with the heating system and had the part to fix it with him. Mike took the time to explain what the problem was and show me how the system function. Once he had corrected the problem he spent time with us to show how to do some maintains we could do our selves. He was very professional and courteous

I worked with Steve Anderson to have a generator installed at my home in Lansing. The distance between Lansing and Howell made no difference! Steve and his team coordinated the installation with my wife's and my schedules. Pyro Heating and Cooling are very easy to work with and I recommend them highly.

Matt came out today to clean the furnace and was very thorough. He explained what he was doing, from checking CO2 levels to adjusting the thermostat, as well as cleaning the furnace. We have dealt with Pyro for years and their service technicians are always very professional. Truly an honest and reputable business. We bought our 2 stage furnace from Pyro about 8 years ago; have it cleaned annually and have never had a problem. Thanks, Pyro, keep up the good work.

The staff at Pyro Heating and Cooling demonstrate a level of professionalism from the first call for service. The salesperson contacted me within a day and explained in detail about the HVAC system that I was interested in purchasing. The installers wore shoe covers inside my home and protected the floors with a plastic that remained in place until the job was finished and everything was cleaned up before they left. They explained the operation of the system and set the thermostat to my comfort level. I would highly recommend Pyro Heating and Cooling because of the quality of their work and products.

Randy seems very knowledgeable and is great at explaining the systems to us and answering all our questions. I highly recommend him.

Excellent workmanship on our new furnace and air conditioner installation. Pyro did everything they promised and the only way we knew Rusty and Mike had been there was the new equipment they left behind.

I would have given a higher rating if only based my experience on the technicians who installed my furnace and central air unit. The co-owner, Dave S., however is the reason for this rating. He was friendly and informative during the initial assessment and when I signed the contract. The install took much longer than anticipated and was very chaotic. Dave said it would take one day for the furnace and that it should be done it an 8-3 or 4:00 timeline. The techs arrived at 8 am and were still there at 10 pm. One of the techs left early for school and the other had to leave to do some fabricating on metal parts. I was not given any explanation throughout the day and I finally called Dave. S, the co-owner to ask what was going on--at 7:30 pm. He was extremely rude and dismissive to me and asked if he should get dressed and come over to help. I was stunned. He was nasty and unprofessional and I would not recommend Pyro because of him. He still doesn't understand why I was upset!
