I had a heat pump system installed in our house at the beginning of September 2014 by Rodenhiser Plumbing, Hearing and Air Conditioning. Ryan Brooks was very professional and offered recommendations during my sales call. He coordinated with the office to set up the appointment and dealing with the behind the scenes activities. During installation Pat Brady, Ed Fish and Pat Berg were very professional, and sensitive and responsive to my needs and concerns. They were knowledgeable on the requirements of the installation, worked seamlessly together, and conducted the work activities in a clean manner. I was very pleased with Rodenhisers responsiveness, performance, and timely completion of the services provided.
The work, installation of new furnace and a/c, was very thoroughly done. The technicians of the company (as well as electrician and cement drilling contractor) went above and beyond to complete the job in timely manner. I will use this company again in the future.
Initial meeting with Ryan was great. Very informative. He took the time to review our existing sytems and provided detailed information on replacement products. We ordered our new system and it was quick and easy. The support staff has been helpful in coordinating an install date. We are now just waiting for the install.

Ed Intinarelli is a great technician who is very knowledgeable and explains what is happening to your system. He fixed our system within minutes and had it up and running. He is a star.

Our central AC stopped working on Labor Day. Unfortunately by the time I called they were already booked for the day. We got an appointment the next day, though. Dan P came to check it out, and he quickly found the problem. He was very patient and answered all of my questions which were not just about the options but also about how various parts of the system work. He was very professional and very helpful. Chances are we will switch to Rodenhiser as our HVAC company based on this experience.
We had excellent service ,clean, friendly and knowledgable staff, at a great price. Our Water heater broke over a holiday weekend, the next business day they called us back by 8:00 am and set a time that was convenient for us. Couldn't be happier. Great Service. Came out same day. Dan (the technician) was very courteous, knowledgeable, and offered several options to fix the problem (kitchen sink faucet). Support staff was very attentive in fitting me in to the schedule with several follow-up calls and emails. Very customer oriented. Thank you!

Highly competent technicians who perform their work in a customer-friendly manner. Office staff is also very helpful to the customer.
I can't say enough positive things about my recent a/c service from Rodenhiser. Our technician Chris was was incredibly professional. He thoroughly explained what went wrong, the repair steps and costs and then made sure the repair took; all with a very pleasant and positive attitude. Based on Chris' help I will definitely call Rodenhiser in the future and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

communication was professional, prompt, and accurate, as was estimate process, scheduling, and project completion. Dave, provided effective support during project in August 2014.
Thanks to Dan M for coming and fixing a major leak in our upstairs bath! He did a great job..he kept us informed when he was arriving, was clean and tidy with the work and was very professional in the way he dealt with our emergency.

Ryan came to give us a consultation and quote. He was polite, professional and very thorough. Rodenheiser offers great flexibility and worked with us to squeeze in this appointment outside of Monday-Friday 9 to 5, which was great. Looking forward to receiving the quote later this week.
John did a terrific job, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He installed the equipment without issue, did a nice job of instruction after the install and left the area as clean as when he arrived. We would re-hire John without hesitation.
