Setting up appointment on phone was easy and enjoyable...lady was very friendly & made me feel welcome. I am just moving to Va so I did not know where to take my car or how to go about inspection steps for getting Va plates. I received coupon from Shenandoah welcome wagon. I am so happy I went there ! The gentleman that signed me in was friendly and he remained calm even though he got very busy during the time I was there. The waiting area is small, but well stocked with magazines & a TV. Wish there was a 10 star rating. Chuck & Sylvia and the mechanics are the best. I went in on a Monday, without an appointment needing my brakes checked. Turned out to be a much more complicated process than just brake pads. Rather than have me sit there for hours and hours, they took me home as I don't live far away and came and picked me up when my car was ready. They always go above and beyond. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because their location is on the other side of Harrisonburg from my residence. As far as service and reliability, consider this a 5 star rating! I was greeted by friendly folks and arrived early for my oil change and they were able to get started early. I waited for only what felt like 15 minutes and was pleased with the thorough oral review of my car checks. They did not offer me services I didn't need!!! This is huge in my book. Lastly, I walked away with a rewards card. Buy 4 oil changes and get your 5th free! My husband and I will be returning for future services. Thanks for upholding honesty and integrity in your industry!

Took my truck in for a coolant leak. I was charged $200.00 to replace a hose that DID NOT fix the problem. I took it back and was told it would be $430.00 to change the water pump. It was never acknowledged that $200.00 was wasted on the first repair. I took it elsewhere and will not be back

These guys are the greatest, whether for a regular servicing or unexpected breakdowns. Always ready to help and the best diagnosticians, they'll never know how grateful I am to them for the care they give to my cars and to me.

Fixed always the first time, the going rate, and with no attitudes! I HIGHLY recommend them, AND I LIVE 30 miles ONE way,,, away from them so I really have a effort and cost to get my cars there, BUT it is totally well worth it.
