Dr. Mayer has been practicing denistry in the Hammond area since 1980. We take pride in our return of patients. The Dentist and Staff stay current with all dental procedures plus take classes for any new procedures so that we can stay up to date and provide our patients with the newest technology. We can usually schedule within a two week period. Please check us out.

I have been a patient for decades. Dr. Mayer is very knowledgeable and has always been spot on in his recommendations for treatment. I don't feel like he is pushing treatments you don't truly need like other dentist who make you feel like they are salesmen rather than a dentist looking out for you!

Always a pleasure to see my Dentist Russell Mayer and staff. I love the friendly staff that welcome you in, Julie and Diane, I love the atmosphere in the actual office with the beautiful plants and window to the outside world. It is never a nervous situation here. The staff that cleans our teeth is fantastic, this experienced company is awesome. I love Russell Mayer DDS. is the Best bar none. I will never go any where else. In fact my whole family are patients of Russell Mayer DDS. Thank you!

My kids and I have had a few appointments over the last year with Dr Mayer and all our appointments went smoothly. Always respectful of me as a person. On time and explained everything to me in advance. Kids like the TV's on the ceiling.

I have been going to Dr Mayer for years and have always had very professional and compassionate care. My kids like the TVs on the ceiling for them to look at during their visits. Staff seems to care abuot me.

Loved this office. I had alot of questions, but the dentist and staff helped me relax. They took my insurence, so no suprises.

I recently visited Dr. Mayer at his Hammond office to have a quick exam and then an extraction. The visit was terrible. His staff was discourteous and completely apathetic and insensitive. The procedure was unnecessarily rough and took longer than it should have. I've had the same procedure performed before, so that's based on a past experience. They found a way to charge me for my first visit, even though I have insurance that covers checkups. Mr. Mayer even went as far as ignoring me when he was leaving the office for the day. I was sitting outside and he walked right past me and he didn't say a single word. I've never been treated so poorly at a dentists office. If I hated going to see the dentist before...I DEFINITELY don't want to go back now.
