Have to go there!!!!! Best decisions I ever made. I went to the same stylist for 10 years and decided to change when I saw my friends great cut. I went to, Robert, the Owner who also did her hair. He is amazing and so talented. Try it - you won't regret it.

I have been a loyal customer of the owner Robert James since 1985. I travel 1 hr 30 mins every four weeks to have Robert James, cut my hair. Robert knows exactly how to cut my thick wavy hair and understands that when I come into the salon and say "cut it short" that I don't mean scalp me. Since Robert has been cutting my hair, it always looks great and is easy for me to style. I "always" get many, many compliments not just from family, friends and co-workers, but complete strangers. I am always proud to recommend Robert James Salon. I also enjoy treating myself to a spa treatment. The Stone Massage given my Ava, is so relaxing. Ava can really release the tension that builds in my neck and shoulder muscles, due from working at a computer every day. The facials are also excellent and the technicians use products to the individual's skin type and needs.. The staff at Robert James Salon are all very courteous and professional.

I am so glad I found this place! I had my color and haircut done by Shelly, the owner and she is awesome. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. Shelly is a "down to earth" stylist that wants nothing more than to make you feel good about yourself and your hair. I loved the end result and will be back. At the end of my visit, I was offered 50% any Spa Service and booked a Massage. The salon and spa are beautiful and I plan to have all of my services done there including my waxing. I just went to Robert James for the first time. I had a haircut and highlights. My hair has never looked better. The stylist took her time and informed me of everything she was doing to my hair as well as any products that she used. I also booked for a Massage and Facial and loved both of them. It is a fantasic salon and spa. The prices are reasonable and the service is fabulous. So glad I found them.

I have been to this salon twice before and always had a good experience so I booked my wedding party there. I went for my trial and the girl who did my hair was completely incompetent. All I wanted was soft curls pulled back at the base of my neck. She teased my hair for nearly an hour. It took almost three hours to do my hair which was falling out when I left. The owner knew we weren't happy and I still had to pay for the trial. When I went to the bridal store for my final dress fitting that night, they were horrified at how horrible my hair was. I canceled my entire wedding party and booked elsewhere less than 2 weeks before the big day.

Great salon. Very nice inside. Have been going here for about seven years and will never leave. I was referred to them seven years ago and refer people all the time.

Obviously, with a name like "Crackie" who would take your advise. I get the best cuts, color and highlights and have been going to them since they opened. I also do all my spa services there. Liz and Eva are the best. I get my hair cut by Shelly and she is awesome. If you haven't tried it - you should.

If you want your hair fried this is the place. All the GOOD hair dressers left. As a matter of fact on customer ran from the shop BLEEDING from her head as a result of a process performed by the so called best. And the owners response " call Matrix"

I was in the salon and this client had a scab on her head and they put color on it. The girl started screaming it was burning and then it started to bleed when they washed it off and started to blow dry it. It was horrifing I'll never go back there

Prices are too high. Stylists fry your hair. Owners are nasty. Very uncomfortable. The only good hair techs left. Look for another salon

Great!!! Awesome!!!! The best around. I had my hair done as well as a facial and manicure. My hair is awesome. I had many bad experiences at other salons but I love my hair, love my stylist and love the staff. they made me feel so comfortable and they are so professional and knowledgeable. My facial was the best. They use Dermalogica products that are great. The manicure was terrific. It is done on the second floor that is absolutely relaxing and beautiful. I would recommend the salon & spa to everyone. Great gift for the holidays.

I highly recommend going to the Robert James Salon and Spa. I have been a customer of the salon for nearly 4 years and I continue to be happy with the service each and every time I go, which is about every 3 months. The haircut I get from the owner, Robert always grows in nicely, and his staff is very friendly and accommodating. The overall atmosphere of the salon is friendly & cozy.



During my most recent visit (2 days ago), Robert and I decided I would try a slightly new style (no bangs), but when i got home and realized I didn't like it, he squeezed me in to his already booked schedule to cut the bangs I so desperately needed. THAT is the kind of service you can expect from the Robert James Salon and Spa.

This is the most awesome salon and spa in the area. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I had a Facial to die for followed by a massage that was so relaxing. I also had my a manicure and pedicure that was well worth every penny. My haircut and color is the best I have had so far. I will definately be back and tell all my friends.
