I was very skeptical to say the least about shopping online after reading all of the reviews of the bad companies on here. I read Advanced Lamps reviews and was very impressed and decided to give them a try. I was purchasing a digital camera which costs quite ...a bit in the stores and Advanced Lamps had a great price. Their price was $100 less than the stores. Their customer service was excellent. The rep was knowledgeable and didn?t try to sell me any unnecessary accessories. They are an authorized dealer of Canon cameras so they had to uphold to certain standards. They also specify on their website what is included in the price of the camera which most websites do not include, therefore hoping to sell you on an expensive battery or lens once you call them on the phone. My camera came one day early in the mail and it is just as I was promised. Overall great success and will shop with them again. Without a doubt, the most painless AND best price on the web. Advanced Lamps provided a no-nonsense price for the Panasonic TH50PZ750U that, in addition, for a couple of dollars more included a mounting bracket and a Panasonic Blu dvd player. There is no crapola with this store that a lot of the other stores do on the web: like a lower price and then charging $200.+ for shipping (which also may not include insurance) and/or only having it in stock if you purchase the exorbitantly price extended warranty. This company delivered as promised EXACTLY what I ordered, provided outstanding shipping info, and didn't jerk my chain on warranty nonsense. I am going to purchase a surround system to enhance the plasma, I will again research the heck out of the price but Advanced Lamps will be the store to beat. Many thanks

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong bulb and we were able to rectify it immediately. They shipped the right one the same day and we received it the next. Very important as the NBA finals were starting, and they felt my pain. They also fol...lowed up all the way to notify us of the credit back to our card for the returned bulb.

it took me a few minutes on the website to find the light bulb I wanted -- one NOT available in either of the big electrical supply/light bulb businesses in town. --I wasn't real saavy about number of pins and other necessary details. Once I found ...the bulb, the rest was easy. i've re-ordered the same product once, very easy once I knew what I was looking for. The pictures and design of the website made finding the particular bulb (9inch 4 pin fluorescent) fairly easy first time.
