Northwood Childcare Center is a service provided by Northwood Church. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and peaceful environment for your child to experience each day. We are dedicated to seeing each child develop and grow to be the best they can be. We believe the first 5 years of life are the most impressionable and will work diligently to make a difference in this time of your child’s life. Our directors and caregivers are well trained and have hearts to care for children. We see children as a gift from God and recognize the responsibility we have to care for them. My husband & I enrolled our 3 year old in Northwood Childcare Center & thought it was the best choice we could've made. During the first several weeks, they went through many changes with staff. We gave the benefit of the doubt, hoping to get it all straight. A few months went by & still they were having problems with teachers. I spoke with the Director on many occasions regarding the lack of learning, unstable classroom environment & starting to act out because of all this, it was decided he would move up to the next class two weeks early. Hoping things would get better, we continued to send him. The third day he was in this class, we picked him up & his clothes were saturated. No one knew the last time any of the children went to bathroom & never checked them.He was like that quite some time.Director never contacted us, we called her.She dismissed & asked if we were taking him out. No remorse, sympathy, or concern. I would NOT recommend this daycare to any concerned parent.Good luck

From Highway 49, go north, 5 lights from Interstate 10, turn right onto O'Neal Road. Go 1 and 1/4 miles, and NCC is on the right. Once on the campus, our building is on the back of the property.
